Separate and draw plats for lot surveys, FHA lot surveys, permits, foundation surveys, boundary surveys and final subdivision plats. In addition, enter points, build plats, run closures, run areas and research. Also, show all requirements to get plans approved at County and City levels, complete all revision and corrections where needed on plats. All work is completed in AutoCAD 14 Softdesk.Title: Administrative ServicesDuties: Provided administrative support to executives, engineers, surveyors and others. Preformed filing, faxing, copying and scanning both office and large format documents, and word processing. Created and maintained spreadsheets, daily order entry. Carried out data entry, bookkeeping, daily and monthly invoicing, and inventory control. Managed multiple phone lines, greeted customers and communicated closely with clients, vendors and sub-contractors. Bi-weekly payroll functions and employee benefit administration. Responded to and resolved client issues and inquires. Preformed all front office management duties.
