About Frances Ramsay

I am an extremely driven and motivated person. I qualified as a nurse in 1991 from Glasgow Royal Infirmary and then relocated to Oxford to gain more clinical experience within NHS England. I have had a varied career working clinically and within the medical device industry. I am very happy to be returning closer to home working alongside NHS Scotland within my current role as Innovation Manger for the west of Scotland. I have always loved change management and being inquisitive encouraging thinking differently to bring improvements and enhanced patient care.
