A one year funded fixed term contract with Community Services Social Enterprise.Established transformational programme of projects including unsheduled care, long term conditions, frail elderly, EoLC and children and family services. Developed governance and project monitoring frameworks. Working with multi agency organisations on joint CQUIN, QIPP and national targets including Mental Health, Social Care, Local Authority Education, acute trusts, community health interfacing partners, South East Coast Ambulance and industry. Developed whole system CQUIN performance monitoring framework and reporting, and led IBIS SE Coast Ambulance and Integrated Teams development projects.

Established and managed the implementation and continuing performance of the Trust's Enhancing Quality Programme. Covered four high volume pathways with Acute Kidney Injury coming on stream in 2012/13. Each pathway had identified key quality measures. The programme implemented continuous audit and measurement of the performance of these pathways to ensure high standards of care were delivered to patients. Focused work to improve clinical practice and increase the measurement scores, influenced and changed practice in extremely diverse and challenging situations.

Responsible for the set up and rapid change of services supporting 'Discharge' processes within the Medical Division. Contracts and Business Planning Manager – April 2009 to September 2009Prepared contract documentation, negotiated and monitored contracts with a value of £7k. Worked closely with Commissioners and other purchasers to build good working relationships. Prepared reports and presentations for staff internally and Exec team. Analysed data and information and dealt with contract queries. Contributed to the marketing and planning of Trust services. Worked closely with Senior Managers, Clinical Leads and other members of the local Health Economy.
