I created digital illustrations for clients on a commission basis, taking images that they provided and illustrating them using Procreate. I gained a substantial following on Instagram (@fsdesign_) where I marketed myself and my artwork to potential clients and the art community.

• Ran a chalet of 12-14 people, serving breakfast and three-course evening meal 6 days a week• Had to cater for specific dietary requirements, coming up with new recipes where needed• Worked to strict time constraints to ensure food was served hot and on time everyday• Dealt with customer concerns and needs face to face, interacting and catering for them, showing an ability to make quick decisions in difficult situations

• Working as a waitress and bar staff, serving food and a range of craft ales• Ran the Gin Bar at the Beer and Gin festival, where I acquired a wide knowledge of gins and which mixer and garnishes compliment them• Built up a high level of hospitality and customer service skills

• Worked in the Hersham branch on the food service counters for 2 years, then as a seasonal temp for a year and a half in holidays.• Played a main role in the customer service, with face to face trade, demonstrating excellent people skills and the ability to adapt to situations with difficult customers. • Learnt skills such as gutting, skinning, filleting a fish and butterflying a leg of lamb showing I am a quick and eager learner, and not put off by some situations.• Legal requirements had to be upheld to do with hygiene and cleanliness showing that I am a thorough and reliable worker.
