Take the lead in Curriculum matters which are School, Local or National Priorities. 5. Report to the Head of School and the Local Advisory Board concerning curriculum matters. 6. Keep up to date with any changes to the National Curriculum and disseminate that information to all staff being prepared to lead staff meetings when appropriate. 7. Support teachers and HLTAs in ensuring planning is driven by the school’s Curriculum Drivers. 8. Advise the Head of School on resourcing issues. 9. To be responsible for the organisation of a rolling programme of subject monitoring and feedback to the Senior Leadership Team or Head of School as appropriate. 10. To be responsible for the coaching, mentoring or training of teachers and HLTAs in their responsibilities relating to monitoring, evaluation and subject development. 11. Set a good example of effective teaching, organisation and display. 12. Work closely with other Curriculum Leaders in developing the whole school curriculum. 13.
