My role was to source and screen participants for all types of paid user research. Writing screeners, creating advertising content, marketing opportunities using Facebook, Mailchimp, social media, direct emails, and through networking and referrals.

Managing client requests for recruitment of specialist and senior roles. Headhunting and sourcing cv's, organising interviews, managing clients and participants through to job offer. Was operating on an RPO basis for our client. Used many recruitment tools including, but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, graduate fairs etc. Responsible for writing copy. Primarily a client facing role to provide the first point of contact for a range of stakeholders. Responsible for responding to the day to day requirements of the client and relaying this to the recruitment team in order to provide an efficient end to end candidate management service. Regional co-ordinator and teacher for children's performance charity. I joined Spotlight UK as a co-ordinator of there expansion in the Bristol area. My responsibilities including planning and implementing a programme of community dance provision across a range of venues in Bristol. From inception I recruited local community dance teachers going on to manage them. Managing location and class bookings and dealing with general queries I adapted an organised approach. As the organisation is a charity budgeting was vital and l was always conscious of this. I was also responsible for organising and attended promotional events in order to raise awareness as well as utilising online marketing platforms to release press releases. Along side this it was my responsibility to begin to forge relationships with local organisations and councils in order to gain support for the dance provision we were providing.
