Regional co-ordinator and teacher for children's performance charity. I joined Spotlight UK as a co-ordinator of there expansion in the Bristol area. My responsibilities including planning and implementing a programme of community dance provision across a range of venues in Bristol. From inception I recruited local community dance teachers going on to manage them. Managing location and class bookings and dealing with general queries I adapted an organised approach. As the organisation is a charity budgeting was vital and l was always conscious of this. I was also responsible for organising and attended promotional events in order to raise awareness as well as utilising online marketing platforms to release press releases. Along side this it was my responsibility to begin to forge relationships with local organisations and councils in order to gain support for the dance provision we were providing.
