Manage all administrative tasks for equity litigation partner, equity tax and personal planning partner and two associates. Compose and revise various legal documents for attorneys; screen and prioritize mail and incoming telephone calls; respond to inquiries and resolve issues requiring attention; maintain log of telephone calls; assist in calendaring and contact management, schedule and prepare meeting logistics such as conference room reservations, meeting invites, catering, etc.; track and account all expenses and invoice processing, utilizing correct client codes and invoicing procedures; assist in billing process and time entry; maintain files, advise attorneys of appointments, meetings, events, key items and activities; coordinate the arrival of guests with reception and notify appropriate individual(s) of guest arrival; train and mentor junior legal secretaries to ensure compliance and success; transcribe documents by use of a dictaphone; schedule travel arrangements for attorneys; provide temporary coverage to attorneys in various departments.
