Main responsibilities include: preparing and carrying out the communication & marketing plan; ensuring the correct image of the Hotel in all its areas and the client's “guest journey” according to the established standards and the philosophy of Anantara properties; preparing and supervising press releases sent on behalf of the Hotel in accordance with the established plan; creating and maintaining an adequate database of media; hosting press visits by the media, ensuring the best experience and thus a better impact on the corresponding media for the Hotel; managing advertising opportunities, evaluating the potential for the Hotel; encouraging press visits that are of interest to the Hotel through the different channels available; drafting all the official texts of the Hotel following the established standards (commercial brochures, internal and external templates, web pages, etc.); managing content on social networks according to their own characteristics and actively updating the strategy according to the market trends and competitive set; managing the Hotel's official website and its performance in all its areas and improving the customer experience by proposing ideas that enhance it.
