Belonging to an enabling function based in Italy, I reported to the EUROPEAN LOGISTICS TEAM in Zaventem (Belgium).I coordinated the Forecasting activities for the Italian Market acting as focal point for all Marketing Managers of the different Business units managed. I was responsible for setting the right priorities to the production sites in the Zoetis supply network in order to avoid OOS and avoid disruptions in the supply chain for all Animal Health SKUs managed, in compliance with Regulatory constraints. I collaborate with the Market Lead for preparing and managing S&OP meeting (demand & Supply) on bi-monthly basis; I was responsible for the European KPI’s trend results, monitored on quarterly basis and of Supply Chain Agreement definition with production sites and External supply team and of New Product Introduction target achievement.Main results: reporting – definition and improvement of reports for daily business and meeting preparation; Budgeting & Forecasting procedure put in place to translate the Financial Business Units budget objectives (money) in units to be produced by sites.

- I supported project’s activities in the Logistics area for Elsag Datamat Customer, a technological supplier of “Postal Service” for Poste Italiane, with the main object of helping them in changing their pure technological role into the main Partner in order they could have had managed/lead the new generation of Postal business.As starting point, I lead the “Traditional Postal Service and Package” process analysis underlining strengths and weakness areas in order they could have been able to propose to Poste Italiane new business improvements solutions.- For Navigazione Montanari Customer, a leader company in the sea transportation area, I coordinated the project implementation of OMNIA system, a “crew” management system able to manage all information from crew movements (shipping in/out) to payments management. The project was part of a largest work linked to SAP/R3 up-grade in the Administration area.- For Salini Construction Customer, a Design and Construction Company, responsible to enlarge Metro B1 Line in Rome; I collaborated, being involved in the assessment project phase, in preparing the commercial offering definition in order to define/implement a new documental software.

Project Manager & Project Office Coordinator LatinaI have been in charge of managing the implementation of a management-and-control system devoted to projects considered to be “critical” for the production plant. This system can be used by managers as a decision-support tool in order to make a choice of which projects to invest in; I have implemented the control-reporting procedures needed for monthly and quarterly follow-ups, for both the Italian site and the European management, and developed the Dashboard and the KPIs. I am currently in charge of monitoring projects and of assessing returns on investments.I have developed a real-time database system for analyzing the availability/criticality of internal resources, and have achieved an 80% reduction in the time needed for generating control reports.

Project Coordinator : Medical Device Business Decommissioning/Transferring LatinaI was in charge of handling the transfer of production equipment to the client’s plants located in Mexico and Puerto Rico, of the related IT systems, and of the documentation of all productions made in Latina during the previous 6 years, in compliance with the relevant record-detention provisions (50-year retention obligation); the project was completed without exceeding the time and costs requested by the client, thanks to satisfactory management of workgroups.

Technical Support Group (LT)- Text & Design Dep:No. of people managed: 1I was in charge of ensuring that changes in packaging (boxes, blisters, information leaflets) requested by customers would be implemented according to the time and costs agreed to by customers, suppliers, and production managers, of verifying the “machinability” of the new formats, and of acting as the contact person for customers as well as for production purposes, concerning development and technical feasibility of packaging materials.Key results: Zero problems in production lines in the face of 100 changes in specifications per week. Format-change for the launch of new products guaranteed in 24 hours.

Supply Chain Synchronizer PHARMA -European Logistics Center Beerse-BelgiumNo. of people managed: 2I was in charge of Johnson & Johnson’s customers’ Supply Chain for class-C products coming from the plant in Latina. I would define production priorities and establish distribution and shipping ones so as to bring down to zero customer-related stock outs, under my responsibility. I also supervised production transfers among sites, while ensuring a continuous logistic flow by correctly defining the stock levels to be maintained in the original site. I would also act as trainer and logistics mentor for one European customer enrolled in the annual affiliation program (Spain/Russia/Bulgaria).I achieved 95% on-time delivery along with the European Logistics group, and exceeded a score of 90% in the Customer Satisfaction Index.

Joint Venture project coordinator (Johnson & Johnson - Merk)- European Logistics Center - Beerse-BelgioI was in charge of the European project aimed at integrating the logistics systems of the UK, German, Spanish, French, and Italian markets into central as well as local-site information systems (Italy, Portugal, France).Through analysis of the customer’s Business processes and Logistics Systems I would define and implement the appropriate data exchanges among systems (from local customer data to central Replenishment systems), by defining the time schedule and supervising the international resources involved in the team (4 people) in agreement with the customer’s Logistics managers – the plant-related information systems –and with the central Information Systems based in Belgium.Subsequently I also handled the development of the customers’ Dashboard and KPIs.

Head of logistics business for European Joint Venture - European Logistics Center - Beerse-BelgioNo. of people managed: 2I was in charge of the logistics business for customers of “European Joint Venture“– subsequently MCNEIL EUROPE – in the European Johnson & Johnson group plants, all the way from order to delivery of the finished product, through definition of production and distribution priorities, so as to bring down to zero the stock-outs of customers under my responsibility.I supervised the launching of new products from the plant in Latina, by planning all preliminary activities concerning the various areas involved (Customer/European Text & Design/Production), so as to deliver the products to the customer’s warehouses according to the dates stated in national advertising campaigns.I achieved 95% on-time delivery along with the European Logistics group, and exceeded a score of 90% in the Customer Satisfaction Index.

Business Process Support – Area: LOGISTICSI was in charge of defining and implementing continuous-improvement IT solutions in the corporate logistics systems used by customers, production planners, and suppliers. I participated in the Supply-Chain Reengineering Project, where I supervised the assessment aimed at replacing the suppliers’ management systems by performing an As Is and Gap analysis for choosing the most appropriate CRM vendor, in addition to implementing the standard production and planning SAP modules.
