- Perform settlement and processing of securities (equities, bonds, ETF) and other services in-scope, in line with the market practice and the SLA’s agreed with clients - Monitor and settle the pending Stock Exchange/Lending-Borrowing and Repo orders- Maintain and structure the internal alignment with the team leader and first line manager in case of any operational issues- Ensure a complete, correct and timely communication with clients, counterparties and custodians- Perform end of day operational control- Analyse settlement processes in order to increase efficiency, service quality and minimize operational risks

- Input and ensure smooth settlement of securities stock transfers (In/Out) through a daily contact with clients, custodians and counterparts- Ensure all procedures are duly complied with and existing documentations are updated timely

- Reconcile internal portfolio reports with custodians statements on a daily basis in order to ensure accuracy of internal records (Cash and Securities)- Respond to client inquires and requests for information and provide them with monthly reconciliation reports - Support Settlement and Corporate Action departments for the settlement of trades, coupons and dividends

Responsibility: Provide our clients with high-level post-trading services. The job implies a daily contact with national and international counterparts as well as with Local Agents directly linked to Domestic and International Central Securities Depositories in order to achieve the following main tasks:- Ensure matching and settlement of clients’ financial operations on European markets with a special focus on German, French and Spanish Domestics- Monitor outgoing and incoming messages to/from Local Agents in order to verify the correct sending, to reflect “market scenario” and to keep our internal systems updated- Client support on OTC unmatched trades (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Cross Border)- Client education on SWIFT messaging- Client support on new issues of securities- Client support on special requests - A daily liquidity monitoring of SGSS cash accounts on each foreign market we handle. - Review and update of internal procedures and user guides- Take part in tests activity (such as the migration to T2S platform for waves 2 and 3)

The job implies a daily contact with several foreign institutional clients in order to achieve the following main tasks:- Management of client's account on European and extra-European markets with a special focus on the Italian Domestic- Client support on OTC unmatched trades (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Cross Border)- Reconciliation of on-exchange transactions- Client support on new issues of securities- Client education on SWIFT messaging- Client support on special requests - Liquidity monitoring- Provision of reports to clients (from liquidity forecasts to complete reports on any pending or settled trade)- Reviewing and updating internal procedures.

Customer Service UnitResponsability: A daily contact with clients (important Spanish, French and English banks) in order to help them with the settlement of their financial operations.
