We help advisors identify through clean data specific interventions and preventative solutions to save employers money and help provide better outcomes for their employees.As the Managing Director of Innovu for our West Region and an Investor in Innovu, my role is to deliver cutting-edge technology and expert Customer Success resources to help plan sponsors, employee benefits advisors and brokers manage Human Capital Risk, Reduce Healthcare Costs, and make data driven decisions that improve population health and financial performance for employees.

During my 10 year tenure at MassMutual, I had the privilege of serving as an adjunct lecturer for TRAU at the Anderson School of Management, UCLA. I lectured on the convergence of retirement and healthcare and it’s impact on both the advisor and employer communities. Given the benefit of working with an exceptionally talented local team at MassMutual, I was recognized 9 out of 10 years as a President’s Club Sales Award recipient and awarded twice the Sales Leader of the Year Award.I worked with advisors who focused on corporations, non-profits and government entities in the Mid-Market and Large-Market. During my tenure, we increased sales revenue by $3 billion dollars in the Southern California region.

At Fidelity, I had the opportunity to work with Small Market and and Mid-Market advisors and employers.With the support of a great local team, I was fortunate to earn the President’s Club Award four times during my tenure.Working at the largest 401k recordkeeper at that time, provided me with the opportunity to meet hundreds of advisors and employers and become a specialist in ERISA, an expert in team-building and relationship building in a very competitive market space. Proud to have delivered over $2 Billion in new sales for our Southern California region.

At Pioneer Investments, we worked with advisors, TPAs and employers in the Small 401k and 403(b) Market and also sold Individual Retirement Accounts and Individual Annuities.I had the privilege of working under the leadership of Marcy Supovitz, my mentor and mentor of many others.The retirement team at Pioneer was recognized as having some of the best technical minds in the industry supporting thousands of advisors seeking to better understand products in the marketplace and in the ever-changing regulatory landscape. I served multiple roles in the Boston Headquarters from Education Specialist, Key Account Management Support and Internal Sales Associate. My last two years, I served as the VP of Sales for the West Region, based in San Francisco, CA.
