-Analyze data and create dashboards based on social media analytics using R software and Tableau-Create social media content using Canva and design the website using Squarespace-Explore and examine client’s current competition and best marketing practices to ensure return of investment-Develop a social media marketing plan with substantive recommendations based on SWOT analysis and research

-Operate Excel & an ERP system to input sales orders of about $250,000 weekly, update pricing, & schedule/track shipments-Collaborate with experienced managers/employees for new ideas and resolve issues while also gaining hands-on experience -Maintain customer relations by providing responsive communication on inquiries in a customer-centric and timely manner
