Comprehensive HR administrative support across all aspects of the Head Office business, with a particular focus on the recent merger with Ladbrokes. Key responsibilities include:-First line day to day advice to line managers and employees on HR related queries, requests, policies and procedures.-Complete processing of redundancies, from initial “at risk” stage to final settlement-Producing contract paper work for both internal employees and external hires and being the first line of contact for new starer queries. -First line support for all Head Office payroll queries and updating the payroll system.-Supporting the HR advisor to advise line managers on absence management, flexible working and disciplinary investigations.

-Dealing with the audit and compliance of Right to Work checks for retail based employees using the Image Now System.-Liaising with employees and line managers with regards to Right to Work matters-Updating the HR System with employees Right to Work information-Scanning and organizing documents and dealing with confidential information
