• Junior Buyer and Personal Assistant to the Head Buyer and Managing Director at Step2wo London • Regularly attend meetings with brands and agents to view upcoming season’s collections • Focus on trend analysis, sales and customer/staff feedback to gain an understanding on the best buys • Write up orders, focusing largely on clothing and accessories for the upcoming seasons• Enter the orders on the system to create style cards and order entries to ensure the smooth running of when the stock arrives and is sent to the stores and our website • Liaise between our technical team and store staff members to resolve all in-store and online issues with our systems • Ensure orders are sent to the correct customers, using the correct courier, in a promised time• Liaise with agents, office and shop staff members on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of all central operations • Oversee all internet orders placed on our website and on the Harvey Nichols children’s department • Provide excellent customer service both to online and in-store customers in regards to their purchases and complaints • Assist with the social media pages to ensure the optimum targeted audience is reached • Create technical order forms and templates using Microsoft Excel • Assist others with their jobs such as appointment making, and communicating with our Wholesale clientele• Arrange meetings for myself and/or the Head Buyer and Director with brands
