As a third year medical student at the University of Manchester, I will spend this upcoming year on placement rotating around a range of medical specialities, gaining knowledge and confidence. Alongside placement, I am broadening my skillset and knowledge by working as a support worker for children living with epilepsy and working as a Clinical Trial Assistant at MAC EPU, focusing on carrying out clinical investigations on participants within clinical trial studies. In my spare time I volunteer with the North West Ambulance service as a Community First Responder. I also volunteer at the University of Manchester as a Reslife Advisor, providing welfare support to students living within halls of residences.Alongside this I thoroughly enjoy playing netball for Manchester Medics Netball Club, running and attending CrossFit classes.
