I am currently studying a 1-year Access course in Nursing at University Centre Grimsby to go on to pursue my dream career as a Midwife. I have experience in customer service and providing the best service to the public. I have excellent communication skills and gained a range of management qualities while working self-employed building my own business as a beautician. Raising two young children of my own encouraged me a lot to follow my dreams to become a midwife and having the relevant experience with personally going through this time in my life. I believe problem-solving is a strong skill of mine that I have gained over the years with different job roles and industries I have worked in. Previous jobs working alongside other colleagues has helped me to gain strong team-building qualities and partnership skills working in a business with a family member. Timekeeping and planning is a very strong quality of mine as it is part of my every day life when attending University and looking after my family.
