With company targets and strategy in mind, I analyse impact and implement strategies to effect positive sales growth as a result of education delivered to this channel. I work closely with specific individuals across various departments and use the medium of education to positively influence growth and success of the Retail Division.

I taught a wide array of workshops, covering numerous subjects to our Trade Channel and within our college programme. I delivered theory and practical workshops to a high standard, and these consisted of in person and digital training.

In 2016 I was nominated for the Guinot Therapist of the year award and the Professional Beauty Therapist of the year award. I came first for Regional Therapist of the year 2016 and was runner up for National Therapist of the year for Guinot in the same year.
