In addition to my full time role I applied to extend and expand my involvement with the BBC’s Apprenticeship Community. I was selected by the founding co-chairs to lead the Staff Network. My responsibility is to write and implement annual Statf Network strategies, co-ordinate apprentice networking activity across all UK BBC bases, collaborate with internal functions such as BBC Academy, outreach teams and social media leads and maintain an inbox that facilitates outreach and networking opportunities for all apprentices & apprentice champions at the BBC. I am also responsible for representing the Apprentice Communities on panels and internal events.

Working in the BBC’s Transformation Office as a Project and Change Analyst. Focused on assisting the delivery of and co-ordination of projects, to ensure programme and portfolio success across the BBC.

In addition to my full time role as a Project Management Apprentice I was London’s Regional Co-ordinator for the BBC’s Apprentice Staff Network. I was responsible for organising social events, networking opportunities - connecting employees with apprentices across the organisation, and tours of Radio and News spaces.

In addition to my full time role I assisted in the creation and delivery of the BBC’s first ever Apprentice lead, internal Podcast.

Working as a Project Coordinator in BBC’s Technology, Commercial & Supplier Management team. Working closely with a Commercial Manager to negotiate a range of technology contracts and partnerships, with the joint aim of creating both business and commercial value for the BBC.

Business Affairs Executive Assistant in CRBA Factual and Entertainment TV.

Assisting in the BBC’s Correspondence Office, and working in The Chairman and Director General’s Office as a Project co-ordinator.Organising and facilitating internal events and drafting external coms to both internal and external stakeholders on behalf of BBC Exec management.

Establishing myself as an Assistant Agile Product Manager in BBC’s Audience Data team. Using Agile practices to foresee migration and software installation projects. Leading daily stand-ups, assisting on sprint retrospectives and prioritisation workshops.
