Throughout my year working within the Trade Marketing team at Sony I have gained extensive knowledge in B2B marketing and experienced what is it like to work within a global corporation.My key duties included:- Managing the communications to over 250 of our channel partners. This was done through several channels such as a bi-weekly newsletter, webinars, SMS service and ad hoc emails.- Ensuring the ProSony website was kept up to date by using the CMS on a regular basis to upload and edit content.- Creating Quarterly Market Share Reports on Excel to then distribute internally to the wider business group.- Using Salesforce to monitor and record our monthly product sales from masterclasses - Liaising with an external design agency to create assets including the delivery of two successful digital point of sale projects.- Working with a range of internal and external specialists to deliver several marketing webinars to a European-wide audience. I managed the promotion of the webinars right through to the delivery. I focused on keeping up with industry trends to identify key ways that we could boost our attendance and registrations.- Supporting sales promotions by resolving customer issues and inquiries - Support at trade show events
