I applied to this job to increase my experiences and challenge myself in terms of new and different learning curves. In this job I had to travel to 3 different shops a day that stocked out products. I was in charge of creating training content and training staff members in each shop. I would also do displays and arrange designs in shops to further heighten our brands impact. I had to write reports about each shop, the people I trained, how the stock was selling, and what I thought we could do to increase sales. I was also responsible for checking in with the managers of each store and seeing if they wanted to include some more of our products - checking which suppliers they went through and if we needed to increase our products with certain suppliers.This was a challenging job but exciting. I was on the go all the time, in my time at home I would be writing up reports and training manuals for our different supplements and oils that we produced. At Olivers I was made supervisor early on, I was given the responsibility of managing people on the shop floor. I also had to open and close the shop regularly, cash up and fill out a record of the days earnings using Excel. I worked with organising different reps from different medicine and food companies to do in store demonstrations, and also organised training for different staff members of all abilities. I loved working here. I worked here for nearly three years, I really enjoyed every part of the job - working side by side with a close-knit group of people. Seeing regular customers and families, helping and advising with all types of ailments and illnesses.
