I am an independent advisor providing support to startups in the development of innovative technologies. I experienced entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem from different angles and I am now providing support to companies with EIC Accelerator Step 2 applications through a path of coaching. I like to work closely with the team to help them with strategic advisory, business planning, business development, and fundraising strategies. Here’s a bit of my past experience: After the Master in Biomedical Engineering, I obtained a PhD in Sensor and System Engineering and worked as a PostDoc researcher at the University of Rome Tor Vergata for 5 years. In that period, I have established a spin-off company, Innosensor, that I managed as CEO and R&D manager. In 2015, I joined Alien Technology Transfer, starting as a Project Consultant, then I managed the project consulting team in Rome, and since 2017 I worked in the Innovation Quality Department.During this time, I grew my expertise in the evaluation of the business potential of innovation projects and in the definition of the most suitable strategies for fundraising within the programs H2020 SME-Instrument, EIC Accelerator and SBIR/STTR. I developed a strong attitude for training, coaching, and mentoring on business and innovation, private capital fundraising, financials, business models and business planning, business development strategies for startups. Besides innovation, I am passionate about photography, and I am carrying on a personal long-term project that I have exposed in a solo exhibition.
