I am a project manager with experience in driving financial growth, improving efficiencies, and achieving compliance through traditional and agile methodologies. My hands-on experience has equipped me with the skills to lead projects effectively, deliver positive organizational outcomes, and ultimately achieve sales goals. I am looking for opportunities to apply my expertise in a dynamic organization that values collaboration and creativity. During my time at Milwaukee Tool, I was the project manager for the Milwaukee Innovation Training (MIT). MIT is vital to the success of Milwaukee’s sales and customer service strategy. Sales are generated by hosting events where our trade and distribution partners get focused attention and see new products up close with the ability to get hands-on. In tandem with the operations side of the program, I was responsible for the capstone course in Milwaukee’s onboarding strategy for their new sales representatives, training them on the program strategy, the art of storytelling, and how to plan large-scale sales events.Throughout college and postgraduate, I worked as a sales representative at Harley-Davidson. After quickly building my client list I exceeded sales goals resulting in being assigned additional leadership opportunities which strengthened my understanding of sales and business operations. With a desire to understand different business models, I left Harley-Davidson for a valued-based organization. While at Care-Wisconsin, I gained a deeper understanding of customer service and experience working with a diverse population and within the healthcare system.Software: CRM, Trailhead, IDM, WERKs, SEEDs, PIM, AX, MediusFlow, Excel, Mural, Lucid, SharePoint, PowerBI, Concur, and various POS systemsClifton Strength: Responsibility, Arranger, Context, Consistency, and AnalyticalDiSC:iD
