• Adult/child individual therapy - providing weekly and ongoing individual therapy for adults and children. Client presentations included anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and work related stress. Assessments involved clinical interviewing, administering/scoring cognitive tests (WAIS-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-III and DIVA-5), generating reports and providing feedback and recommendations.• VaLiANT Group Facilitator (Valued Living after Neurological Trauma) - Co-facilitating an 8-week ACT-based group program for adults 18 years and older who experienced traumatic brain injuries. The program utilised ACT techniques including mindfulness, values exploration and values-based action.• SLEAPI Group Facilitator (Insomnia Group Intervention) - Co-facilitating a 4-week group skills training workshop for adults 18 years and older with insomnia. The program utilised ACT techniques including mindfulness, defusion, and values exploration.• ACT on Purpose (Group Therapy Facilitator) - Co-facilitating a 4-week group skills training workshop for university staff to manage workplace stress using ACT techniques including mindfulness, values exploration and defusion.• Adult and Child Individual Therapy - provided ongoing intervention for clients with mood disorders, anxiety, work and study related stress, and life adjustment stress.• Intake Team - regular intake calls assessing presenting problems, symptomology, history, substance use, risk, and current functioning/coping styles.
