About Francesca Wander

With a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from UCLA, I transitioned into mortgage banking from the field of high technology, where, for many years, I held positions of increasing responsibility and achievement in corporate sales and business development, with such companies as IBM in Los Angeles, as well as a variety of start-up companies in Silicon Valley and London, England. During my subsequent career as a mortgage banker in San Francisco, I brought a keen sense of customer care and an unwavering commitment to long-term client relationships, to my role as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS-certified). Most recently, I have relocated to Sacramento, where I am now applying my extensive private sector skills in business development, technology and mortgage banking to the public sector, as an Affordable Housing Specialist with the California State Department of Housing & Community Development. A native New Yorker who loves all California has to offer, I have always fulfilled my obligations to my clients and business partners with energy, enthusiasm, resourcefulness and tenacity.
