Activities:• Support the local Legal Manager in collecting needs and put in place the duly agreement;• Communicate with different stakeholders and Legal Office the needs of the stores;• Gather and check all necessary documentation to prepare the draft contract;• Finalise, file and diffuse the definitive contract, also through the collecting of signatures;• Ensure that bank guarantees, insurance coverage and labour law documentation are properly aligned with legal and contract requirements;• Give input to the Store RSPP/ASPP (as per Legislative Decree 81/08) and HR about needs to activate the related paperwork;• Guarantee that all terms and deadlines related to all contractual documents during the life of the contract are respected by Contractors; • Ensure that the store receives an updated list of the persons enabled to execute the contracts in the stores;• Identify and actively pursue business opportunities as they arise.

GDPR), Guidelines for the construction of organization, management, and control models, Compliance system of the Kering / Gucci group (anti-corruption, AML, etc.), Privacy structure;• Regulatory and case-law research to support the drafting of the documents;• Participation in the meetings of the "Supervisory Body" and updating of the books;• Understanding of the general mechanisms to manage the privacy claims via Gucci Client Service;• Drafting of the letters of appointment as the data processor and authorized person in compliance with GDPR.
