I’m currently Program and Portfolio Manager in the Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Platform, that globally provides solutions and governance around data.I’ve been working in Information Systems (IS), before in ENI Group and after in Solvay Group, spending long time abroad on enterprise complex projects with multinational teams and world wide scope, designing innovative solutions based on the most advanced technologies (SAP ERP, WebMethods, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Warehouse).These experiences on the field combined with corresponding training allowed me to learn and practice program and project management skills in multinational environments as well as acquire fluent speaking and writing in English and French. In the context of Operational Excellence improvement I managed the off-shore (India) outsourcing of support and development services for the whole IS technological area (Web, Document management, e-Business) along all phases (RFP, selection, contract, knowledge transfer, go live and later operational service follow-up).
