- Managing monthly Payroll process (employment contract, salary increase letters, termination letters) for external client with a special focus on shadow payroll for foreign employees on secondments in Italy and Italian employees posted abroad;- Interns Business Partnership;- Support to Recruitment and Onboarding process;- Manage Benefits and Welfare activities;- Collaborating to Learning & Development activities;- Process automation & HR tools implementation.

- Implementation of all people management related processes such as Performance Management, Talent Review, Salary Review and Budgeting;- Employee Relations;- Recruitment of junior profiles through assessment center and interviews; - Organization of the induction plans and welcome meetings for all new starters;- Performance Management & People Development plan analysis;- Employer Branding initiatives in collaboration with Universities and Business Schools.
