Management and support of multiple Operations activities inside the Beauty division of LVMH Italy (Perfumes and Cosmetics): • Order entry in SAP for marketing, merch, retail and PR services of all major brands (Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo), via an ad-hoc IT procedure for massive integrations (Best Practice since 2020). • Designed, reviewed and implemented formats and technical documentation for HQ ‘roll-out phase’ activation of all major brands new launches, collaborating with Customer Service team: catalogues, product data sheets, sales cycles and book Canvass. • Performed goods management and logistic flows analysis to central warehouses, implementing useful reports and efficient Data Dashboards in collaboration with Logistic team. • Main support and go-to assistance for all internal departments regarding technical/analytical data operations (order/stock/items management) and for new projects launches (local and HQ).

Design and manufacture of titanium equipments and products for industrial galvanic treatments’ applications: • Managed digital technical documentations: parts and components’ IDs, specs and attributes, BOMs, production cycles, etc. • Designed and produced technical drawings and 3D models with mechanical CAD softwares. • Performed costs analysis & feasibility studies, as per specific customers’ needs and requirements.

Data Analysis and Dimensional QC Inspections for performance improvement of a precision machining department (automotive): • Performed Machine Capability tests and statistical analysis for the main machining & production system lines. • Revised and implemented effective Data Dashboards (Excel) for KPIs’ extraction and visualization. • Re-designed and optimized QC checklists for in-line production systems’ operators.
