- Lead legal counsel for Market, Greentech, ICT, & Corporate departments, focusing on risk management and efficient solutions.- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.- Manage B2B and B2C contracts, support the development of new products/services and new strategic commercial business initiatives.- Oversee claims and litigation strategy.

I'm currently responsible of the Legal department for the Milan Office for finleap connect.Main activities & duties:· Draft, negotiate and finalize a wide range of contracts and commercial agreements (including but not limited to sale, service, IT, license (Saas, Paas, IaaS), IP, M&A, data protection, R&D, confidentiality, and LOI) strategically relevant to finleap connect's operations, services and products· Consultancy activities by providing day-to-day and high-level strategic advice and support to all departments and LOB on legal and regulatory issues involving e.g. civil, corporate, IP law, data protection and labour law· Work on corporate law, extraordinary and cross-border transactions as well as on capital increases and investment rounds, including drafting of the board and shareholders' resolutions, legal communications, intercompany and shareholders agreement and related matters· Support the analysis of strategic choices and solutions or extraordinary corporate operations, in agreement with the management and in a view of the evaluation of opportunities and/or legal constraints· Work on sophisticated regulatory matters in digital, financial and technological industries. Solid knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations in order to ensure that the company meets its statutory, legal and regulatory obligations· Contribute to the ongoing maintenance, development and implementation of internal and HQ's policies, procedures and guidelines· Management of the relationship with external law firms and advisors

Provide day-to-day and high-level legal counsel and support to all business-units within the whole ecosystem.Draft, negotiate and finalize a wide range of contracts and commercial agreements strategically relevant to Finleap’s operations and corporate legal documents.Checking all applicable law and regulation in order to ensure that the company meets its statutory, legal and regulatory obligation.

Advice and support the company in all legal and compliance matters.Responsible for managing the whole legal processes (pre-litigation and litigation) of credit recovery.
