I'm a smart and ambitious person and I strive hard to do my best at everything I do. I am committed to hard work, open minded and always willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Since I was younger I have always had a passion and predisposition towards the mathematical subjects and for that I focused all my studies in engineering courses. I am mostly a team player but I also know how to face a problem on my own. I believe that thanks to my professional experiences I improved my ability to build positive relations through good communication and persuading skills and I achieved a great sensitivity, assertiveness and diplomacy. Moreover, thanks to many international experiences I had , I increased my mental elasticity and defined my personality, but mostly I learned how to deal with completely new environments and different cultures and I developed good organizational and negotiating skills by dealing with an heterogeneous group of people.Over the last 4 years my interest in entrepreneurship has led me to study the lean startup methodologies, to participate in many industry events, hackatons and courses and finally to develop and create a new company Heatca Srl proudly ranked as an highly innovative technology and registered in the innovative startup registry in October 2016.
