Being a Trading Assistant at Bet365 Control Desk means having a good knowledge of any sportive discipline, to know their rules and markets offered in the Betting Industry. In addition, it's compulsory to be able to manage a huge workload in a very short time and deal at the same time with various tasks. As Desk Controller, I have to make sure that all the info and requests received at the control desk are not missed and actioned in a quick and correct way. Mainly it consist of 3 main tasks: Building, Settlement and Monitoring. Building consists of creating all the fixtures and markets and timing them correctly in order to allow Odds Compiler to prize them and release. Settlement means resulting all the fixtures and their markets and it entails also Settlement Query in case some of customers is not happy with settlement.Monitoring consists of identifying all possible live issue that can arise in the Betting Industry and solving them efficiently and in a timely manner.What allows me to do my job in a professional and prolific way is:- Quick learner with willingness to learn every single day and to go extra-mile every single shift;- Hard worker and ability to deal with a big numbers of tasks at the same time in a efficient and very rapid manner;- Passionate about Sports in general and Betting-Industry; - Great team member always happy to help colleagues and business in very busy time;- Very attentive to details, able to spot any minimum issue and to give a proper solution in a very short time. - Excellent communication skills which allows me to find out information or to establish professional relationship with Odds Compilers, In-Play Traders, colleagues and other departments. - Excellent analytical skills very useful in Betting-Industry thanks to my educational background with a MsC in Business Administration.
