Prepare budget proposal and grant application.Responsible for development and supervision of cultural and gender sensitive counseling programs to survivors of intimate partner violence, domestic violence and sexual abuse with successful outcomes. Advance the promotion of cultural and gender sensitive oriented services to members of the LGBTQI community as well as for immigrant women and men that speak only Spanish and who are in the process of cultural adjustment.
