Responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures geared toward improving the quality of services rendered to residents of Miami-Dade County; responsible for achieving and exceeding compliance with organizational polices as well as strengthening the qualities of the programs and services provided to clients; responsible for identifying resources in the community in order to expand services rendered by the center; network in order to create partnerships with community agencies as well as national and international organizations. Train and develop staff. Create and implement statistical instruments to effectuate policy changes through the analysis of information. Prepare budget proposal and grant application.Responsible for development and supervision of cultural and gender sensitive counseling programs to survivors of intimate partner violence, domestic violence and sexual abuse with successful outcomes. Advance the promotion of cultural and gender sensitive oriented services to members of the LGBTQI community as well as for immigrant women and men that speak only Spanish and who are in the process of cultural adjustment. -
