As a Digital Operations Manager, I manage the operation of our digital and inter-departmental project requirements. This role reflects the growing volume, risk and complexity of the work the Digital team is undertaking and the need for tight control over processes, procedures and delivery. I ensure that the digital channels are optimised and enhanced in line with the roadmap that supports the strategy.My previous experience were marketing related roles with key responsibilities including project management, vendor relationships, end-to- end fulfilment management and budget control.
