Management of NDT Processes Dept.Main activities:- Managerial and technical responsibility of personnel operating in the NDT.- Definition, implementation and qualification of NDT processes with respect to their application on the products and their validations (compliance with requirements).- Development and qualification of innovative Non-Destructive Testing systems, with subsequent introduction into the production and control cycle.- Training and qualification of internal and external (suppliers) personnel involved in the special processes of production and inspection (NDT), ensuring the updating of the qualified personnel register.- Conservation of the qualification status of production processes and/or qualification of new processes.- Management of nonconformities relating to NDT methods, with eventual presentation of root cause analysis and corrective actions to customers.- Preparation of technical documents such as control procedures, test plans, test reports and technical notes in Italian, English and French language.- Preparation of standards about NDT processes within the Quality Management System.- Improvements proposal in terms of cost reduction, quality improvement and process automation.- Presentations of works, activities and tests in English and French language, acceptances of finished products for closing programs, meetings with suppliers for acceptances in the pre-installation phases.

Senior Engineer for Non-Destructive Testing.
