Francie Martinez is currently serving as the Realtor/Client Concierge at loanDepot in the Greater Denver Area. In her past role as a Managing Broker with a major Real Estate Brand, Francie gained invaluable insight into the expectations and desires of the Real Estate Agent regarding the lending process and its professionals. As Chairperson of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, Francie oversaw operations of an organization that consisted of over 1,000 agents, 200 affiliate members, and three staff members, including the CEO of the organization. During her time there, the board grew at a rate previously not achieved and also saw the advancement of several of its members, as well as the CEO to speaking and consulting on a statewide and national level. Francie oversaw the sale, purchase and tenant finish of a new facility, after the association being housed in the same building for over 30 years. In addition, her experience with the associations (both local and state) brought a great deal of passion for building and maintaining the professionalism and relevance of our industry.
