Assist the School of Dine Studies and Education with student support services.

Provided case management to customers receiving assistance. Monitored progress in each adult customer's timesheets, paperwork, and quarterly goals. Processed monthly payments for assistance. Attended trainings, meetings, and other events that were scheduled by the department.

Prior role is to assist potential online students with assessing their level of readiness and provide additional support to help online students develop skills for success as an online student.

I managed the daily operations of the long distance center in Kayenta, AZ. I advise Dine College students on their program of study and I also attend recruitment activities for my regional area.

I initiated the Student Success Program for TRiO SSS grant program. I recruited students for the TRiO SSS Program. I provided advisement to TRiO SSS students, conducted student success workshops for TRiO SSS students, managed staff of 2, and implemented peer tutoring services for TRiO SSS students.

I recruited new students for the long distance center. I provided advising to Dine College students on their majors. I assisted with the procedural process for admissions, placement testing, financial aid advising for new students. I collaborated with my supervisor in planning each semester class scheduling.

I manage a staff of 5 members and ensured the daily operations were completed with satisfaction.
