Hi There! My Name is Francine Znidarec, and I am currently a Student at George Brown College, studying Sports and Event Marketing. I work Part-Time at the Gryphin Advantage as an 'Onboarding/Training Specialist'. I also work at two golf courses in the Hamilton area, whenever I have free time. Sports has always been a passion of mine, I love the feeling being surrounded by Golf Games, Hockey Games, and Football Games; having said that working at these 2 golf courses is considered more of a 'fun' position for me. My Current role(s) all share one common factor: Helping people. Whether that be bringing on a new advisor at The Gryphin Advantage, or helping a golfer make/check in for their tee-time. I take pride in my current roles, and doing those roles to the best of my ability. If I were not to be great at my role, there would be issues of: disorganization, miscommunication, and not bringing on any new advisors to our company. These roles hold a very special place in my heart. I received the job as an Onboarding & Training specialist right out of University, and through my 4 years working at the Gryphin Advantage, the biggest compliment I ever received was my strong work ethic, and passion that gives me the drive that I need to succeed. When I'm not at school or work, I love to workout. Yoga and Cross Fit are my workout styles of choice, and doing so brings me great Joy. Its not only a time for me to decompress, but also time to put myself first. I also love exploring the downtown Toronto area, and trying new restaurants with Friends. I also love to spend time playing/hanging with my two nieces & family; being an aunt is really important to me, and spending time with them brings me all the happiness.
