As a pioneer of the Panel Deputies Scheme administered by the Office of the Public Guardian (“OPG”), we helped to make key decisions affecting on property & affairs and personal Welfare, liquidate and consolidate assets, and set up Trust funds with Special Needs Trust Company to pay for P's care. My probono involvements was further extended to Ps that fall outside of the criteria qualifying for the Panel Deputies Scheme but are still deemed as needy cases that requires public assistance that comes through the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)’s various public assistance schemes. in addition, I also provide continuing feedback to the AIC and the Family Justice Court to assist them set up the protocol for probono services, with the objective of tightening governance and administrative issues in line with their objective of reaching out to more professionals. Headhunted to set up and run the Internal Audit function to strengthen the operations of, and support the Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) of, Overseas Education Limited (“OEL”) and its subsidiaries (“the Group”), whose principal activity is in the operation of a foreign system school (more widely known as international school in layman’s term), providing quality education for the children of overseas families living in Singapore.

Headhunted to set up the Internal Audit Department to prepare the Company, a Foreign Private Issuer (“FPI”), for the US Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”)’s Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (“SOX”) requirements on management’s assessment of internal controls and related internal controls issues.
