Remove some non-reasonable test items for Power Electronics DC-DC Project, based on Volvo Project status.Manage running of E&S Environmental Lab.

Responsible for SQA of some materials (Antenna, Mould and Package)in R&D Center, NPI of Product and Mass Production Qualit Control in OEM.

In charge of analyse the failure samples (OPU)from project Customer (RMA), Outgoing, Reliability, Process, even Incoming.

Responsible for the Reliability of OPU (including product failure analysis after reliability tests).

QE Engineer was responsible for NPI and Mass Production Quality Control of LCD Monitor (have monitor, media and TV function). And QE Supervisor would run a whole QE section of Quality.
