Responsible for leading a three-person Brand PR team to handle brand asset management, branding events and media relationship. Meanwhile, develop new models of issue operation and integrated marketing.// Key Achievements //➤ Held a company-wide branding workshop and led all the participants to discuss about our brand. As a result, a brand book was published which helped to create coherent understanding of our brand across all markets and to cultivate brand assets effectively.➤ Brand exposures were highly improved in both quantity and quality through effective PR and branding strategies. In 2019, the number of news exposures increased by 504%, with in-depth featured interviews and column cooperations with key media.➤ Helped to apply and earned several key honors and awards in Taiwan market.

In charge of brand PR, including initiate PR & social media strategies, pitch media exposures, maintain media relations, monitor media and social media exposures and analyze campaign effectiveness. Also help with product development and assist Sales Department to pitch proposals to key business partners for cooperation.// Key Achievements //➤ Built up Brand PR of Taihu Brewing from zero, including compile brand press kit, collect media contact, develop media relationship and initiate PR & social media strategies.➤ Gained 10 daily, 7 weekly, 37 magazines or books, 550 online news and 4 TV exposures in 2017. KPI achievement rate 304%.➤ Worked with Sales Account Manager to successfully sell Taihu beer into Kanpai Yakiniku by creating customized product and news topic. It is the first time ever that a non-Asahi beer can appear in Kanpai Yakiniku stores.➤ Initiated seasonal product “love has no label” beer, which gained 35 online news exposures. As an intern, I was in charge of generating weekly/monthly sales report by using SAP and Excel, analyzing competitors’ performance as well as assisting on administrative affairs. The experience of working at Burberry helped me to better understand how sales, operations and marketing influences each other, which enables me to stand in different shoes when making marketing plans afterwards in my career.

During my internship at Jetgo, I was mainly in charge of assisting on PR related affairs, which includes media monitoring and summary report, public relations event planning and implementation, drafting proposal and press release, participating in brain storming meetings, and also researching on case studies.This experience provided me a chance to preview what’s it would be like to become a professional marketer, and also triggered my interest to go further and take this as my career.
