• Serve as a single point of contact for Receivables (end to end) with our Coca-Cola Non-Regional Producing Bottlers (Non- RPB) and Coca-Cola North America Exchange Team. • Manage aging of assigned portfolio to determine trends, root cause analysis, a resolution plan or present issues requiring escalation to Coca-Cola North America Exchange and CCBSS Exchange management teams.• Deal directly with Coca-Cola bottlers for payables issues (including skipped invoices, delayed payment, unauthorized deductions) presented/outlined by each bottler.• Collaborate and build strong relationships with Bottling Partners to ensure timely billing, collection and payment of receivables.• Facilitate & manage monthly Bottler statements to ensure accurate reconciliation between SAP system/Microstrategy.•Create and Provide Leadership weekly/monthly/yearly scorecard metrics analyzing Bottler receivables in order to identify areas for improvement to existing Exchange processes and/or systems. Note trends; seek root cause resolution and act accordingly.

• Provide subject matter expertise and analytics to Senior Leadership, Field Sales & Finance for $350 Million Business Unit of The Coca-Cola Company (The Minute Maid Co).• Monitor/Analyze/Report Volume, Gross Profit, Net Revenue & Share..Utilizes information and system tools to communicate out to internal Central Area Warehouse sales team customer portal sales forecast.* Member of Trade Promotion Management system testing team.
