Current- Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare policies, insurance regulations, and company products to provide accurate and current information to clients.- Manage and document all client interactions using CRM software, ensuring that customer records are promptly updated, tracking client inquiries and feedback.- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement feedback to enhance service quality.Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve knowledge and skills relevant to the healthcare insurance industry.- Work closely with the claims department to track and monitor the status of claims, providing timely updates to clients.- Educate customers on the efficient use of online tools and resources provided by the company for managing their insurance accounts.- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments or senior staff.- Contribute to the creation and updating of frequently asked questions and customer service manuals.- Coordinate with the finance department to clarify billing issues and ensure accurate invoicing.- Guide clients through the insurance process, ensuring clarity and understanding of our products and services.- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.- Act as a liaison between customers and healthcare providers, insurance underwriters, and claim specialists to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.- Uphold the company's service standards, contributing to its reputation for excellence in customer care.- Assist in developing strategies to improve overall customer experience and loyalty.
