I am responsible for guiding new HubSpot for Startups customers through HubSpot software set up, tool training, and initial sales and marketing campaign planning. Additionally, I am helping build out the HubSpot for Startups implementation and on-boarding program in an effective and scalable fashion. Duties include:*Developing a product agnostic, low touch services playbook to onboard HSFS customersWorking on multiple channels like phone, chat, and email marketing to service the new HSFS customers each month*Researching and implementing new methods of training to drive product adoption, revenue retention, and customer dollar retention. *Ongoing experimentation to optimize and scale the implementation process for HSFSWorking cross-departmentally with the Hubspot for Startups marketing and sales teams
