• Working closely with assigned attorneys to help them manage all of their files for New York and New Jersey Real Estate Litigation,• Assisting in the drafting and assembly of motions and pleadings,• Responsible for filing all motions and pleadings,• Reviewing e-Courts and NYSCEF for decisions and updating the firm’s case management system, • Meeting with assigned attorney on a weekly basis to go over the calendar and prepare for upcoming appearances,• Preparing updates of cases to appearing attorneys and ensuring they have copies of documents needed, • Following up on property auctions for New York and New Jersey and assisting in adjourning the sales.• Conducting client interviews and giving them updates on their cases,• Drafting and serving correspondence to the court and to attorneys’ offices,• Reviewing all incoming mail and making sure that documents are scanned into the system,• Work on additional assignments and/or special projects assigned by managers
