Monitoring the shipping department handling over 1.2 million units per year while meeting targeted SLA's across 15 major marketplaces. Responsible for facilities team servicing 90k square foot warehouse housing 1 multiple automated packaging systems and 1 Roller driven processing lines, Delivering improvements by covering various project management with roles that include lean implementation, KPI reporting, wholesale pricing, and general process improvement initiatives.

Making sure key performance indicator in my development plans were hit when delivering the membership package. To manage & support around 200 volunteers that help deliver the national, regional and local objectives.• Sales: To project-manage awareness campaigns by writing sales strategies for myself and the sales team. Then to regularly deliver presentations to over 100 people at one time. As well as one to one sale conversations on membership sales. I did not work to targets but as a driven individual I wanted to make sure that I came out on top in my area of work motivating myself.• Problem Solving & Business Development: Overcame market stagnation by applying a combination of research and segmentation strategies to help cultivate a new market environment that increased annual membership levels. This was done by surveying current members, doing market research in buildings that had low membership to see what would increase the interest. Taking a new product to market and testing this out to gather results. • Membership Sales & Development: Developed a package for Scottish members that allowed me to increase my membership sales by 40% to be the highest in my department. My conversion rate at various presentations was between 40% - 50% this was down to thinking on my feet on what key points to sell to the individuals.• Event Management: The most notable events organised were the Celtic games in 2010. I had to project manage the event and a royal visit, this involved arranging sponsorship, travel, accommodation, activity competition, and daily logistics for the 300 participants, I have also managed membership recruitment days, by organising access to buildings, giving briefings and closing sales with individuals.
