As a Home Educator at White Academy. I am entrust for curriculum development, research, organization, instruction, and administration home education program on mathematics, English language arts, science, Spanish, history, art and craft, and field trips for three children in age of 4-12 years. I conduct Hybrid instruction in English and Spanish education program. I utilize a variety of teaching methods, including project-based learning, hands-on activities, and technology integration, to cater to different learning styles. I created positive and stimulating learning environment fosters a love of learning and critical thinking skills. I conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Children achieved above 40% of state testing average.Leader of Community Volunteer
