Francis Weston has worked in the Canadian engineering and construction industry since 2010. With experience in both engineering design and project management roles, he brings a strong aptitude for both the technical and managerial challenges that owner, consultant, and contractor teams face in delivering capital projects. As a Senior Commercial Director with WSP's Alternative Delivery team, Francis takes pride in providing proactive management and oversight of major Design-Build, P3, IPD, and Alliance infrastructure projects from initial strategic planning and deal-making through to execution and contract administration. Francis is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds both a Master of Engineering (Civil) and an Executive Master of Business Administration (Finance Specialization) from the University of Calgary.
