As shore excursion staff, I am responsible for selling, organizing, promoting, and coordinating all excursions offered to guests upon the ship’s arrival at each port. This role often includes providing informative presentations about destinations and activities available for guests at each location.

During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to transition into a new work area, expanding my knowledge in logistics, coordination, documentation, and supplier payments. My role involved ensuring timely transport of crew and engineers to various power plants, organizing their accommodations and meals, and preparing the necessary documentation for each employee to secure entry permits to each site. This work spanned across all of LATAM.
