Talent Attraction: - Recruit and select the best talent within the stipulated times, ensuring the quality of these according to the needs of internal customers. - Coordinate induction processes to the company and to the position for new employees.- Maintain permanent contact with different internal and external stakeholders in order to build a good image at company level (job fairs, linkedIn, etc.).Internal communication:- Ensure smooth internal communication through the development of creative and innovative initiatives and promote participation among employees.- Reinforce inter- and intra-area feedback through corporate tools.Organizational Climate: - Work together with area managers to maintain and improve the internal climate following the guidelines of our organizational culture. - Implement action plans related to our internal climate surveys.Organizational Development:- Lead the succession management plan, career paths and development programs.- Develop and implement training plans according to the company's needs and guidelines, ensuring that all employees are prepared and have the necessary knowledge to perform adequately in their current positions.- Support the updating of internal documentation related to Job Descriptions and Individual Development Plans.

In charge of the recruitment and selection process of applicants for various positions in Chile, Peru and Ecuador, as well as the coordination and support in the execution of engagement activities in these countries.

● Support in the different instances of the selection process of the company nationally and internationally, such as external/internal recruitment on various platforms, conducting phone screen, competency-based interviews and psycho-labor reports.● Support in the development and implementation of internal company activities such as induction processes, 2020 vision launch, celebrations, extra-programmatic activities, etc.
