👩‍🔬 Science has always been my passion, I'm fascinated by the processes that drive life at the molecular level. This undoubtedly led me to become a biochemist, with a Degree and a Master's degree in Biochemistry. My professional experience includes, among others, Genetic Toxicology, Cellular and Molecular Biology, and Microbiology, complemented by a wide understanding of the OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Quality System. 🏆 Main Achievements: - Implementation and validation of CGM assay with the aim of developing GLP-compliant studies- Development of knowledge regarding Cell Gene Mutation assay, Micronucleous assay and Ames Test- Optimization of cell culture techniques- Optimization of CGM assay in time (2-week reduction) and procedures- Participation in the restructuring and integration of the internal quality system📚 I give great importance to continuous training as a source for acquiring new skills and unlocking opportunities, which is why I have knowledge in ISO 17025:2018, Excel, laboratory and work teams’ management and also hold a Certificate of Pedagogical Skills. 🔎 Beyond the realm of science, a fun fact about me — I’m a geocacher and an escape room enthusiast! As a strong dynamiser of teamwork, I enjoy solving challenges and, at the same time, challenging myself and my team. I find this duality particularly interesting in sharpen critical thinking and problem solving, at the same time the team spirit is developed.💡 I'm highly motivated, so I'm sure that whichever are the lacks in my knowledge, I will be able to erase them.
